Our representation covers initial business agreements and contracts, licensing with the FDA and individual states as well as representation in front of the corresponding regulatory boards for Drug, Device and Cosmetic Manufacturers and Distributors.
Medspa Law
At Strawn & Monaghan, P.A., we represent numerous clients who have developed Medspa business as part or all of their medical practice. Our firm has special relationships with the Board of Medicine and Cosmetology as well as the Electrology Council. These relationships allow the firm to keep up with the most current aspects of Medspa Law and can assist from inception preparing a facility to start and run a medspa practice.
Certified Designated Representative (CDR) training
Attorney, Sharon B. Roberts, is an attorney and licensed CDR with Strawn & Monaghan, P.A., who is a former Drug Agent/Inspector with the Florida Department of Health. Attorney Roberts provides training and consultation to CDR’s as well as training toward test taking for CDR licensure. In addition, the firm provides representation in front of the Drug, Device and Cosmetic Program for any actions against the license of the CDR.
Food and Dietary Supplements
Our firm can assist the nutritional and homeopathic industry wade through the changing and growing regulations and work with the Food and Drug Administration, as well as the State of Florida, to create labeling and procure proper licensing for manufacturing and distribution of naturopathic products.
Pharmacy Law
Strawn & Monaghan, P.A., boasts an attorney that is also a residency trained, Florida licensed pharmacist who has experience in hospital as well as retail pharmacy services. Our attorney pharmacist can assist entities in all aspects of pharmacy law from initial consultations for pharmacy set ups to extensive consultations including preparation for accreditation and assignment of Consulting Pharmacists of record. Our firm also has significant experience in representing pharmacists in front of their regulatory board.
